Dr. Lori Hunt, DVM, is Breeder/Owner/Handler of Champion French Bulldogs under the d’Assisi suffix. Frenchies have ruled her universe since 1999. Dr. Hunt is a small animal veterinarian with a special interest in canine reproduction and brachycephalic breeds. She is a graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary medicine, a published author on the subjects of French Bulldog issues and reproduction, and has been a speaker at many dog clubs and veterinary seminars.

Pat Pearce has been involved with dogs as a breeder under the Bridgecreek prefix for over 10 years, and she has been rescuing dogs for more than 30 years. In 1996 Pat formalized her rescue efforts with a colleague to establish a formal Corgi rescue operation, placing 40-60 dogs a year. Kathi Liebe breeds Frenchies under the StarCreek prefix. She fell in love with the breed in 1999, when she first started showing.
